Sabrina Maldonado, MSW, RCSWI, graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Clinical Social Work. She has worked in mental health settings such as non-profit organizations, focusing on psychotherapy and crisis intervention with children, adolescents, and adults. Practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy she utilizes the strength-based approach and implements coping skills; Her concentration has been on emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, and family conflict. As a trustworthy advocate, she fosters a safe space for her clients to share their experiences. She is passionate about empowering and motivating clients to attain mental wellness and balance.
