Concierge medicine, boutique medicine, and direct practice are all terms used to describe a new style of medical care in which patients pay an annual fee to the doctor for enhanced medical services not normally covered by private insurance.

In the Hybrid Concierge model which we are offering to our patients, you are responsible for an annual fee. Additionally, your insurance is still billed for normally covered services rendered by the practice. This is the main difference between the Hybrid Concierge model and the straight concierge model which does not bill private insurance at all and the membership fee is significantly higher.
Yes, your insurance will still be billed for normally covered services rendered by Dr. Matt and other staff members as needed. You will also need insurance outside our office for ER visits, hospitalizations, specialists, etc.
Yes, due to the nature of the Hybrid Concierge practice, where Dr. Matt plans to devote more time and attention to each patient who joins, membership will be limited and offered to patients on a first-come first-serve basis. This way, we can ensure each patient who becomes a member will receive the highest level of attention and care possible. Priority will be given to existing patients.

$2900 per patient regardless of sex, age, or medical preconditions. The fee must be paid annually and in full.

We will still be able to see you in a timely fashion by scheduling you with one of Dr. Nessetti’s physician assistants.
There are no limits on the number of times that you can be seen for medical conditions.
If Dr. Nessetti is not available due to illness and/or vacation, members of the Hybrid Concierge plan will have care provided to them by another provider within the AllCare providers group.
