What is All Care Select?
AllCare Select is a yearly program for individual patients or families that do not have health coverage or prefer not to use their health coverage. This plan cannot be used in combination with insurance and is valid at AllCare Medical Centers ONLY. Adult Plans may be used at La Bella Vida Specialty Aesthetics.
Is there a limit on the number of family members?
No, there is no limit.
Can I cancel myplan?
No, AllCare Select is an annual contractual agreement and will cancel one year from enrollment unless renewed. This plan is non-refundable.
What if I did not use all of my free included visits?
Any unused visits will NOT roll into a renewal. Each renewal is a new plan.
When can I enroll?
You can enroll anytime. Plans expire one year from the enrollment date.

- 20% OFF WEIGHT LOSS AND OTHER SERVICES AT OUR MED SPA LA BELLA VIDA.
- $99 PER MONTH OR $1188 PER YEAR

1. Payin full with Cash, Check, Debit or Credit Card
2. Enroll in payment plans through Cherry Payment Plans
